One of the thing it hadn't mention and that is the "fee". How much will it costs? It is necessary to announce it, so people don't have to call their embassy. The worse case, it is free of charge, but embassies charge you some "fee" for the service. Who knows?

I emailed to mienthithucvk@mofa.gov.vn but haven't got any answer about why the website didn't mention if it is free of charge or not.

Although, this is a right direction. There was a comment on a newspaper about this visa issue. The author asked why vietnamese, who lives oversea, has to apply a visa when they visit  their home country, while countries like
Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore gets 30days?

If Vietnam wants to compete with Thailand and their neighbors, they have to make it easy for tourists, even for last-minute travelers.
