I have been really really…no REALLY busy these days. To be honest, i am not the kind that sit here and blog everyday. This February had happened so many things, so lets start now.
Facebook after old friends
I think facebook is great tool to search old friends, especially when i searched a friend who left Sweden more than ten years ago. We went same class, but she later moved to USA with her family. So, I spoke with a friend and he got her last name and searched her right the way! She doesn’t remember much Swedish, just a few words. To see an old friend after so many years, I had so many questions :)
Another facebook-search and found a friend. Im going to quote a string from the wall:
…please, help me, we went to the same class or something right? When?
Should i be worry and just laugh about that line? Anyway, we wrote few messages on the walls and she told me she still live in the same city and i just thought, “When i traveled from Russia, Mongolia, China, i did meet same persons MANY TIMES!!! And my friends whose still live in the same city, and we NEVER bumped into each other…wtf? Seriously, WTF?
Not listening music while on a bus
Why? After saw the Yes Man trailer movie (with Jim Carrey), there was a line in this movie that truck me and made me think. It says if you say NO, it means you say no the opportunities, no to possibilities. By saying No, you simply shut out any connections with the world.
That makes sense ( to me), because for many years, every time i took the bus…i put my headset on and listened to favo songs. So, if i put the headset on, everyone ( even you) knows what i meant “Please do not disturb me”, “Leave me alone”…even sometimes it doesn’t mean that way. What if someone wants to talk to you? What if you want to talk to someone but she/he is listening a songs? What if someone wants help or even just asking for directions…?
So i think, from now on, i will try to not listen to music while im on the move (and smile to everyone even you don’t know that person).Shy? Time to change?
Testing MacOSx on Intel® D945GCLF2 motherboard
Finally!! After many years, i decided not to fix the ASU(ck)S motherboard(mobo) anymore. AGP slot was lost contact with video card, AMD Duron 1200mhz, Ram less than 512mb (not even worth to uppgrade). After spent 2 days, i decide to buy a mobo and it must be: Less watt, less price, less troubles, and able to use macOSx (if i want to, at anytime).
By studying this guide http://holyarmy.org/benjamin/2009/02/building-a-hackintosh-successful-attempt-1/ and installed iPC OSx86 10 5 6 Universal FINAL, which is a “you know what i mean”.
To install the machine is simple:
1. Boot the DVD, do some Disk Utils (check link above for guide)
2. Video as Intel->Intel GM900
3. Audio as Other Audio Drivers->Azalia Audio
4. PS/2 keyboard fix (selected, because i use standard keyboard)
After that, just install the and wait. Then it will reboot automatically and just leave it. Now after few minutes, you are going to create user account. Then reboot…if needed. Once you are in (you see the desktop), than use macOSX Tools to install the EFI stuff (so your disk can boot on it self).
Everythings works, BUT not mic. :). More questions? use the forum/comment and email.
